Work#
The work this month has been a bit easier, after all, it's all routine tasks. The upper levels of the pyramid are not stable, but the lower levels are actually fine, there is no risk of collapse.
Side Business#
Recently opened a new store, currently on the right track. A few of us are working together, it's like our own little venture.
The store we opened together was actually a lucky break. I also tried my hand at HR and sales work, and I'm happy to be working with my buddies. This month, a few buddies left, some were not satisfied with the salary, some didn't fit the company's management philosophy, it's a pity we couldn't keep them.
